Remove 8 oil-filled pipe cable 15kV systems (one circuit at a time).  Install 16 new cable tray systems and 48,000 ft. of new 2750kcmil 15kV cable.  The longest circuits are 1500 ft. long.  Utilize a special cable tray roller system for the installation.  The project length, due to the outage schedule, was approximately 4 years.
